Because it’s more than just Ballz on the line—it’s your right to choose plant-based relief.

Texas just can’t let us live.
First, it was Senate Bill 3 (SB3)—an attempt to ban hemp-derived THC products like edibles, vapes, and tinctures, even if they’re federally legal. After a massive public outcry (hi, that’s us), it made its way through the House and passed. Thanks to your calls, emails, and pressure, Gov. Greg Abbott vetoed SB3 on June 22.

Victory, right?
Enter: SB5. 🙄
🧨 What Is SB5 (And Why Should You Care)?
SB5 is the reincarnation of SB3, dressed up and repackaged, but with the same goal: 🛑 Ban the sale of most hemp-derived THC products in Texas. 🛑 Destroy thousands of small businesses. 🛑 Limit your access to safe, tested, plant-based wellness.
Like SB3, it threatens:
Delta-9 edibles (yes, including ours)
Delta-8 and other minor cannabinoids
The livelihoods of countless Texans in the hemp industry
SB5 doesn’t just hurt us—it hurts YOU. The consumer, the wellness seeker, the person who relies on edibles to sleep, manage pain, or just chill the hell out.
🤬 Why This Keeps Happening
Politicians like Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick are still pushing prohibition-era fear tactics. They try to strip away what the 2018 Farm Bill gave us: the right to consume legal hemp products under 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight.

They claim it's about public safety. We know it's about control, profit, and protecting big pharmaceutical and alcohol lobbies.
💥 What Can You Do?

🧁 Stay Loud. Stay Lit. Stay Legal.
SB5 may be the new villain, but we’ve got the same mission: Keep hemp accessible. Keep small businesses alive. Keep Texas elevated. Let’s keep the pressure on.
The Importance of Community Support
In times like these, community support is crucial. When we stand together, our voices become louder. Share your experiences with hemp products. Talk about how they have positively impacted your life.
The Future of Hemp in Texas
The future of hemp in Texas hangs in the balance. We must advocate for our rights. The more we educate ourselves and others, the stronger our movement becomes.
Conclusion
Eat. Resist. Repeat.
Together, we can ensure that our rights to plant-based relief remain intact.
